Lead designer for an agentic AI marketing and operations platform serving 1,000+ SMB operators, designing the product end to end from 0 to 1 and owning roadmap and prioritization with founders and engineering.

  • Led design across three product areas — agentic AI marketing (image, video, campaign generation, the brand system, and review management), AI for operations, and competitive analysis — and reviewed and mentored a team of 3 designers.
  • Built prompt and system-instruction frameworks that turned social, review, news, competitor, and brand data into structured AI outputs, raising AI insight acceptance from 45% to 70%.
  • Led end-to-end design of an AI brand system that turns a brand’s visual and voice language into marketing content, raising the visual consistency of generated content from 4.2 to 7.6 out of 10.
  • Designed Boost Ads workflows across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads, reworking the information architecture around several ad-platform APIs and cutting an operator’s boost decision from 3–5 minutes to 1.
  • Built code-based prototypes and shipped production front-end in React, TypeScript, Tailwind, and shadcn/ui through pull requests into the engineering repo, cutting concept-to-testable-prototype time from 5 days to 5–8 hours and design-to-development handoff by 30–40%.
